Heartiversary Card, Heart Transplant Anniversary Card

A meaningful Heartiversary card for a heart warrior, to celebrate an important milestone following a heart condition, cardiac arrest, heart surgery, organ donation, heart transplant or other major cardiac event.

Featuring a colourful heart illustration with the wording “Happy Heartiversary” and “1 Year With A New Heart”, it’s a thoughtful way to mark another year and celebrate just how far they’ve come.

The number of years and wording can be personalised to suit their own heart journey, making this a unique card for a very special anniversary.

The design will be printed onto one of our eco friendly cards and sent with a kraft fleck envelope. Our cards are made using trees from sustainable forests and our envelopes are made from 100% recycled paper.

To help the environment even more we send our cards naked! You will receive your card and envelope inside a board backed envelope to keep your card safe. We don't use cellophane bags in a bid to help reduce waste.
